Senior Criminal Justice Manager 

We are looking to appoint a dynamic individual to lead Standing Together’s Specialist Domestic Abuse Courts (SDACs) and Criminal Justice team, including the Outer Mentor Courts. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in project development, strategic planning and skills in managing staff. 

STADA coordinates the ground-breaking Coordinated Community Response to domestic abuse in West London and the SDACs are part of a multi-agency partnership approach to domestic abuse in the Criminal Justice System. 

The post will require you to support this new project, Mentor Courts through driving forward process improvements, steering initiative outcomes, developing and monitoring project plans.

Remote working whilst restrictions are in place, otherwise a combination of some travel to Standing Together’s Office

Post:                Full-time 35 hours per week

Salary:            £38,000 - £40,000 per annum

Contract:        1 Year Fixed Term

Benefits:        25 days holiday and workplace pension
